Foundation 180° bridges the gap between employers and newcomers through dedicated cross-cultural programs to match the needs and desires of both parties. Tailored one on one job coaching and training is initiated according to different employers so that an optimal fit is created on the work floor.

We believe that bringing inclusion and diversity to the work floor sparks an environment of innovation and creativity leading to better business decisions that are crucial to an organization's progress.

Between our team members, we collectively have more than twenty years of experience of working with and alongside newcomers seeking a better future. We constantly evaluate our practice and contribute our experience and expertise to consultations, research projects and other calls for evidence.

We are keen to share our learning as widely as possible and are always open to exploring ways of working collaboratively with other organizations, municipalities, and the private sector.

Sustainable job placement

Our process of job placement starts by matching skills and experience of motivated job seekers with vacancies on the job market. Upon getting the green light from an employer over our candidate, a serious of tailor-made training and coaching sessions begin for the purpose of fulfilling the basic requirements for our candidate to start his/her first day on the job.

For the first months on the job, Foundation 180° offers continued guidance for both newcomers and employers so that each job placement becomes truly sustainable.
